The staff genuinely care about guests' needs and comfort. Bugs can be a real bother.

Had delightful stay during our visit. Spacious and unique room, it included climate control, a safe, and TV. We greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service. The staffs were affable & amazing. The airport was approx 17 minutes' drive away. Everything was simply perfect.

The hotel offers fine sea views and access to the beach, perfect for relaxation. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is great.

The only downside is that the Wi-Fi connection can be spotty at times.

The room was neat and included down pillows. There were a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control in my room. the hotel is near the beautiful beach in West Bay, close to the ocean and nature.

The room had a beautiful balcony with a view of the ocean, which was perfect for bird watching while sunbathing. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we could order full menu and wine by the bottle for room service. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even driving us to pick up our rental car when the car rental company couldn't deliver it on time.

The beach area in front of the hotel had dark sand and muddy water, not the pretty blue water and white sand we were expecting. The prices at the gift shop and for food were ridiculously high, making it more affordable to rent our own car instead.

We stayed at a hotel near the beach on the islandwhich had a beautiful sea view from our balcony. the room was spacious and clean, but lacked some basic amenities in the bathroom and there was no TV in the room. the service was good, but nothing exceptional. the breakfast was excellent and they provided free boat rides to nearby areas.

The restaurant was quite expensive and the menu was limited, which made dining options challenging.

Christmas at this hotel was pleasant, the two offered facts were the view of the ocean from the bed and the option to order full menu and wine by the bottle for your room service. the key location facts were the proximity to the beach and the amazing service staff.

The beach wasn't up to our expectations, with some mud as you enter the water. sand fleas and mosquitos were a problem and we had to use bug spray frequently.

Expansive balcony with ocean view, delicious food, excellent service, helpful staff, beautiful decor, convenient location.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
